Following a visit to churchills you can have a look around and we can have a chat to see if it is for you and that we can meet your needs this has to be a week before attending the centre. Please contact us to arrange a visit
Cancellation Policy
All service users are required to book an assessment before attendance to the Day centre when you have been accepted at Churchills Day Centre you can then book Privately our via the council . Once booked you may cancel if unable to attend up to 24hrs before your booking any payment up to 24 hrs before attendance will be fully refunded. Any cancellations less than 24 hrs will not be refunded, Cancellations can be made on the website or via email customerservice@churchillsdaycentre.co.uk or via telephone on 07484600450
